copy from yahoo board.
Cite a single example of a VOD server SALE by SEAC, Diva or NCUBE.
SEAC only has one in the field that they have announced. They gave one to a
Canadian MSO. I called them and confirmed that it was not sold, but given as
a demo, when the press release came out.
DIVA does not sell their servers. They foot the bill on the hardware, content,
installation and operation for a share of the gross revenue. Where did you get
the info that they are generating millions in monthly revenue?
NCUBE, while acquiring SkyConnect, the best ad insertion company in the
field, does have interesting technology. They are late to the game. SkyConnect
customers are not NCUBE's -- yet. They have not made a single sale
announcement either.

All four of these players will eventually get some VOD business. However, it is
clear that CCUR is leading by virtue of $5MM+ in actual sales. Not give
aways, not trials, not revenue sharing -- S A L E S. CCUR has never done
any RT business with TWX before. How do you figure that they can't sell to
an MSO? That is an especially odd thing to say in the face of the facts on
hand. Do the MSO's you know not speak english? What exactly is the barrier
to selling to them for CCUR?

Explain your view of it a little more.....

NO VOD SALES For DIVA! You finally got something right mr can't pay. DIVA doesn't sell servers, as you well know. And if you took the entire revenue stream -- gross -- that diva has generated in its several locations, it would be far less than the mediahawk SALE ccur made to boeing. (Nevermind the far far far larger one to twx according to KAGAN!)

And, let's not forget the swelling DIVA bonds, which will become the only thing I am aware of with a mass larger than the glob of fat between your malfunctioning ears.
