LITTLETON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 1999--IPVoice.com(tm) BB
announce today they have signed an agreement with Firstnet Telephony
Limited, a London-based telecommunications firm. London follows Hong
Kong as one of the more than 30 international TrueConnect(tm) Gateways
to be installed around the world within the next few months.

These installations are planned to enhance and support the installation
of gateways in the United States as a part of IPVoice.com's Flat 25
Plan, creating a global network offering long distance telephone
services over the Internet, at substantial cost savings when compared to
traditional services.

Firstnet Telephony Limited becomes a TruePartner Master Distributor by
contractually agreeing to deploy and operate TrueConnect(tm) Gateways in
London and Manchester, England.

Robert Osborn, Managing Director of Firstnet, states, "We are very
pleased to be appointed as IPVoice.com's TruePartner Master Distributor
for the London and Manchester area. London is one of the world's leading
international telecommunications markets, while Manchester offers
considerable opportunities for IP Telephony."

Firstnet Telephony Limited has signed agreements with the world's
leading Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and switched network
providers. Firstnet plans to launch their service in September of this
year. Firstnet also reported it is in negotiations with leading
institutions and corporations to establish IPVoice.com TrueConnect(tm)
Gateways.

"We forecast the growth of Firstnet to be in excess of $30 million
within three years," says Osborn. "We are confident of our ability to
deploy additional IP Gateways in short order. "

"Firstnet's connections in the UK and other international markets
promise to make this partnership a resounding success," says Barbara
Will, President and COO of IPVoice.com. "The company has shown an
ability to succeed in the past, and we are very excited about the
potential for growth and earnings this association offers both
companies."

Firstnet's Director of Sales Colin Inker believes IPVoice.com's state of
the art real-time billing platform will provide a distinct competitive
advantage over the traditional switched network providers.

"We are extremely excited and feel privileged to be chosen as
IPVoice.com's TruePartner Master Distributor ahead of a growing list of
other interested parties. Together with Firstnet, IPVoice.com can offer
customers a unique product that will not only save the customers money
but can manage their billing in ways that competitors cannot offer.
IPVoice.com truly has the state of the art IP Telephony system."

IPVoice.com is the developer and producer of unique proprietary state of
the art software and hardware solution for use in IP Telephony.
IPVoice.com's premier product is an Internet Gateway named
"TrueConnect(tm)", a fully Y2K compliant gateway that allows users to
conduct real time full duplex, high quality two-way voice communication
over the Internet.

To support TrueConnect, IPVoice.com has developed proprietary support
products in the areas of order entry, billing, customer service, agent
management and a switching network management system. Their system is
poised to compete and surpass other Gateway manufacturers such as
VocalTec VOCLF and other Voice over the internet services such as the
one offered by NetSpeak NSPK .
