Hmm. That does sound strange now. The solution to nearly every Windows problem is in the registry. The idea is to find and solve it without having to interface directly with it.

Re-installing 95 might be a good option right now, but I wouldn't do it unless you have a couple of hours to kill and have made you backups.

It's about all I can think of right now.
