High 5 on the CPI. S&P futures going up significantly. Here goes the Internets with it. Next is the race to triple witching. Internets now will move and be manipulated for triple witching. Since they fell in the past, they will rise to meet triple witch limit.

Next stop FOMC meeting June 29 2:15 est. If FEDs do not raise rates (hope they wont based on CPI and other numbers), then your guess on the stock prices are as good as mine. If they raise 25 basis points, the market has factored that in. Raise of 50 basis points?? But you never know with the FOMC. The "dove" Alice Rivlin is on the way out. So who is there to champion the cause of not to raise rates when she is gone.

Sndiego, I think that the recent drop in AOL has established one thing; the stock price of AOL is not weighted heavily by AOL's broadband strategy. The fact will be corroborated on how fast AOL rises compared to the other Inets. The investors will reenter the Inets selectively I hope and AOL will be on the top of their list.
