When did I ever invoke free speech?

I simply stated that companies which engage in lawsuits to discredit those who criticize them are generally companies which have NO OTHER OPTION. Quality companies simply go ahead, do a good job, and prove the criticism wrong.

Good companies are known for their positive results, not for their lawsuits against criticism. Really good companies let even the most eggregious criticism slide by. They know they'll prove it wrong in the end. Not resorting to legal action is one of the few positive things Darby has done.

Especially since a public figure can almost NEVER win a libel suit.
