Donketman, After reading all the tripe being posted on this bb I phoned Robert Manning this morning. He is unable to give out information to us as there is nothing to add to the circular of 2-1-99. When I asked him about the prospective IPO he referred me back to that circular a copy of which I sent to Jacalyn and who was kind enough to post here on this board. The circular is genuine and refers to Lehman Bros being appointed. When I spoke to RM some weeks ago at that time he was able to tell me that Lehmans were at the London office conducting a due diligence review vis a vis the IPO. That is good enough for me. I have nothing to hide and Jacalyn has my email address so if she wishes to report me to any authority she can. Neither I nor Mike Langdon (whom I have never met or spoken to) are involved in any sort of scam connected to XSNI or indeed any other security. IMHO at the current price the shares are a steal.
