The suspense is killing me, too. A motion is being submitted; we'll see what the judge says. Might see a press release soon.

Meanwhile, on that 'HITT vs. Janice + 100 Others' thingie:

1. The HITT chap who was rousted by the FTC is in more trouble:

I doubt Janice has much to worry about, aside from wine selection.

Ya know&#151that could really do wonders for COMS! Shareholder John Doe is fishing in his boat, calls up on the cell phone and issues a COMS release stating that all inventories are oversold, new purchase orders are coming in for twice last year's output, etc&#133
