The suspense is killing me, too. A motion is being submitted; we'll see what the judge says. Might see a press release soon. Meanwhile, on that 'HITT vs. Janice + 100 Others' thingie: 1. The HITT chap who was rousted by the FTC is in more trouble: #reply-10152903 2. One of the lawyers involved is apparently, "…not eligible to practice law". #reply-10146165 I doubt Janice has much to worry about, aside from wine selection.

Common shareholder of DDEQ calls Business Wire on the phone and issues a DDEQ company release announcing new company changes: #reply-10195393 Ya know&#151that could really do wonders for COMS! Shareholder John Doe is fishing in his boat, calls up on the cell phone and issues a COMS release stating that all inventories are oversold, new purchase orders are coming in for twice last year's output, etc&#133 -MrB p.s. got yer note&#151fixed it. <thanks!>
