The net income would be pounded right now if they had to factor in the cost of stock options granted. Seems truly phenomenal that the FTC lets them get away with that loophole, then the Feds go and say there isn't any wage inflation. Of course, the real loser is the stockholder who isn't aware of the true earnings of a company. We won't complain, of course, while the bull market remains intact. And it remains intact partly because there's no wage inflation. Hey, wait a sec...
