Mark, I am sure glad someone with a name finally mentioned the Horse Shampoo so I could respond. Laugh all you want, but "Mane 'n Tail Shampoo" was one of the hottest selling items at Wal Mart as well as many other major retailers in the mid 90's. And it was Dunavant who made it happen.

It is for exactly this reason that I was impressed with Dunavant as a marketer. And it is exactly the reason, I and my partners are trying to convince him to step down now from NCT to join our new Internet startup as CEO. He has done an awesome job in not only making the first two acquisitions for NCT, but he now has brought in top level corporate management in Bream, Morgan, and Chalnick. All with heavy major company, senior management experience.

Interesting how Forbes "trashed" him in 1996 over the fact that he got into a Civil dispute with the sole other shareholder of Straight Arrow a private company that he alone developed, when just a year earlier they published this glowing article about him and his Company Jan. 1994:

And here is a reprint from Time Magazine Oct. 1994:

I have no idea what Kovar has his Doctorate in. Didn't even realize he had one. He isn't the type that introduces himself as such.
