Dear G-Parr and all: Yes, it sure looks like they are in a HURRY to settle up. Gee, I wonder why?? Wonder if we will EVER learn of the results for the last quarter, you know, thats when they are REQUIRED to put into the 10K the BACKLOG of business. Bet THAT would be an eye opener?? Oh well, wouldnt want people voting to know the FACTS would they?? VOTE NO. If you are concerned about TAVA sell your stock NOW and still vote NO. JDN
