DuGen: Gary says the figure is 16,000,000 shares to the creditor Banks at an eighth in return for the 1.9 million debt--and the one year restriction on any sale. It was supposed to be around 10,000,000 shares when the stock was trading in the 20 cents range. But, as we have seen, the stock dropped from that range to the mid-teen's and the Banks got a sweeter deal. Good timing, huh? Now if I were suspicious it might appear that some information got out right before the deal was made. It also appears that the 144 sales are done and those shares are not hanging over the market anymore. Now that this stuff is completed maybe we can get on with PR's about new products the website and generating more cash flow to make this company grow. Wes
