Heather,

You are overlooking one small detail which makes Exodus about the best investment vehicle around. Very few stocks make the Goldman Recommended list. While Verio may have a lot of things going for it, Goldman has a distinct history of running the heck of of stocks, particularly tech stocks, it takes a keen interest in. EXDS is Goldman's baby. Irrespective of fundamentals or anything else, this should carry a lot of weight, if you are an ardent observer.

why do these companies have so much debt? I thought most internets stay away from that...Why didn't they do their financing with stock like most other nets?
