PTEK, here's a chart. Remember support won't always be reached, it's a point of reference. Also bollinger bands are simply bands around a moving average, in this case a 20 day sma with standard 2 deviation.

New support and resistance lines form as a chart unfolds, rendering old lines useless after a time. In this case the 10 3/8 area was a past point of resistance, that became support when broken to the upside, and was not breached to the downside...

Eventually you'll want to add MA crosses, stochastics, cci, rsi etc. to your arsenal.
