I guess using your standards, the U.S. should dump the Vietnam Memorial, the Pearl Harbor Memorial, and also the various Civil War battlefield memorials scattered throughout the country in which the Union won. Those memorials are there to commemorate the sacrifices of people who gave their lives not whether they won or lost. Contributions in wars aren't considered in the same manner as Super Bowl championships or NBA titles, etc. BTW, when are they going to bring up Arkan on war crimes charges? He and his paramilitary force have been at the forefront of the atrocities. They recently brought up 2 Croats to trial in Bosnia-Herzegovena for war crimes.
