Yes, it is very clear that they monitor the internet threads (and they should!). With all the personal attacks on the NAVR management on this thread it would not surprise me to see them request a shut down on this one as well.
I still believe they will get the ipo off the ground. The CPI numbers this morning should get the summer rally off to a kick start. My take is that NAVR only has a two week window to get this thing going.
