Art,

If Samuels didn't consider how awful his timing was, then somebody needs to give him a lesson in CEO behavior. Maybe, just maybe, that Harvard, Stanford, Warton MBA greed needs to be reviewed in relationship to the overall good of the company and the stockholders. I really don't want to get into a discussion of executive compensation, but I would recommend anyone interested check out the work done by Graef Crystal.
