fyi S1 filed exactly 15 weeks ago today on 3/3. This thing is getting ridiculous. Something stinks in NAVR/NETR/Everen and the stock price reflects it. IMO

There have been 3 S-1/A's, the last was filed May 26 This URL shows all NETR filings, and full content. freeedgar.com Also, Here is another truly interesting thing. Go to bigcharts.com and run a 10 day hourly chart for navr, and compare it to kloc. Both companies with IPO's coming out soon, but totally different companies. The charts are so identical it is scary. I see it as obvious MM positioning, getting ready for whatever play they want to make at IPO time. Sly_
