Intersting article. Stands to reason that the net would appeal to junior mining companies given their risk / reward characteristic. Its a shame but the mining industry is really hurtin these days so the net is well placed, timed and suited to attract speculators like ourselves. I hope ICA sticks to their plan and unveils some interesting projects becuase the stock is moving, moving independant of Lac Rocher or any other mining situation so a groundswell is starting to occur. For a change I would like to be on top of the wave and not beneath it.
