"Oh!! 5 years from now Amzn will have changed its name to Sotheby's"

No. It will be the Amazon Holdings Group, also known as,"The Thing," which you should try to trademark. Most of their earnings will be generated by the 90% profit margins they will have acting as a vehicle for internet transactions of every kind; books, cd's, music downloads, video downloads, electronics, auctions/classifieds, job searches, travel, auto sales, toys, groceries/non-perishables, and drugs. The pet thing won't work out well. They will partner with every imagineable company who failed to make the transfer to selling on the net directly.

You will end up handling their investments and vc activities.
