Joe ,

If you are going to promote the company, then you need to know who you are dealing with and the character of the CEO has and is certainly an important point. But of course if you are a P&D'er I don't guess it matters.

When a CEO states that they will not increase shares and you then check TA and find that in fact shares have been increased, how can you then trust anything else that he says.
