Two recommendations:

EYESE: I was long on this stock at an average just below 5. It doubled in just over a week. EYESE asked for and received an extension to file their 10K. The extension expired yesterday. No 10K. Also, they put out a PR with very positive spin and a strong emphasis on 'earnings before extraordinary items'. Analysts are still carrying positive earnings projections. However, it is clear from the Form 8 filed on 6/8 that they will incur a loss of $0.55 per share including extraordinary items. My feeling is that many or even most investors will not have read this and that in the event that the 10K does come out, the apparent reversal of earnings will cause a selling panic. In the meantime, they have used up their extension and are running the risk of SEC sanctions. I sold my long position last week. I am short 100% this morning at 6 3/16.

CAIS: Running out of time, so I will give less detail here. This was an IPO at $19, it ran up to about $26, then dropped like a rock. The quiet period just ended and they received 3 buy recs from the underwriters today. Stock jumped a ways and is now falling back in a sizzling NAZ market. The news is out and the stock has reacted poorly in my opinion. Short at 12 1/8.
