It's a low float stock, with a large amount of shares held by insiders. Boosting shares OS should boost trading volume, stock price and market cap. I do think it's a screaming buy at these levels. Should see a significant rise in price as we approach on-line banking and trading phase. Remember, people are scrutinizing net stock valuations. This one's actually making money, and should make a lot more in the future with, I think, a potential buyout a very real possibility.
