If you want falling off ribs on the barbie....just wrap them in foil....they steam in their own juices......no particuliar time period because they won't dry out...just steam the heck out of them....(several hours)....then the last 15-30 minutes, take off the foil, brush with your favorite sauce and bingo,

Ok, I did a search and found your marinade. I hadn't read all the posts. I'm not much on using a marinade but I've had some venison that was marinated in Italian dressing that was good.
