Bernie Why would you convert shares for sale at this low price if you believe TSIG is going to do well. It doesn't make any sense. Jeff

Hi Bernie - I would really appreciate a clarification on the following based on your conversation with Suzanne yesterday: "Bernie said that the company still needed about $500,000-750,000 to make it until positive cash flow. He believes they have pretty much found it. Apparently, Bernie has been very active in helping find these last funds." Is this in addition to the $ 2.2 million of the PP that TSIG anticipated using (i.e. for a total of $ 5.2 million) - or is it possible that the $ 2.2 million of the PP may no longer be needed to reach positive cash flow ?
