Terrific News!

I'm still on the sidelines but this is a major piece of the
company's gameplan being reactivated. This is
some company - these guys look like they are
winning against the odds. I'm looking forward
to becoming a stockholder again - sometime
in the future.

Congratulations ARET and all longs and future longs.

Scott

Hey guys.

As I was reading this news release, I was getting very excited for the future of ARET....

Why you may ask?? Well, because all these news release make up a good and solid base for the big BLOCKBUSTER news that we should be expecting soon!!!

When that comes along, we will all make some good solid returns... Even those who originally bought in at .13 (this should be a good time for you guys to average down)...

So, I happily accept this news release as it proves to us that Mr. Shepherd is busy making this company worthy of its loyal shareholders...

Hold on tight guys and if you have some extra $$$, you know what to do with it!

CK.

ARET already has Tomahawk:

fast.quote.com

and in that release it alludes to the panel system...
they also have Cottonwood...

What does this create or are they seperating themselves from Tomahawk because of liabilities? If so, why the prior release?

> AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. ARET , announced this morning that the >company has organized and incorporated "First Plains Construction >Corporation" for the primary purpose of producing residential housing for both >on and off reservations Native American home buyers.

The operational relationship would be interesting, as a direct
subsidiary of ARET would be subject to the same legal rangling
that prevented their Tomahawk Construction subsidiary from emerging
out of bankruptcy.

Regarding todays news - Funny that the alias Prefab, had me thinking about SIP's already yesterday !!!!! -

I see it as good news, as it show the continued strive to make the synergy of ARET acquiring FAMC a success. It also IMO show that the once started cooperation with DFPN is continuing.

As I see it, a new company First Plains Construction Corporation Inc is born, as a subsidiary of ARET or partly as a subsidiary of ARET.

The name and the further hint to Dakota, lead me to think that the Inc is made in cooperation with Dakotas First Plains Nation(DFPN) management.

Aret applying design (Using the SIP's) "Prefab homes", the finance via FAMC and The Nation applying the workforce on construction site.
-----

As Tonto has pointed out SIP's should already be a part of ARET.
SIP's coming from Cottonwood corp. - It is understood from earlier news that it should be like that - Only it is not really clear from the filings that Cottonwood in fact is a part of ARET. We have had speculation whether it is a sub of Tomahawk, and therefore not mentioned in particular in the filings. Tomahawk also unclear whether it is a 100% sub of ARET or a 49% sub of ARET.

Would be nice to get that question/confusion cleared up, at least in coming filing. At all where does all the different activities by now fall in place in the concern. Who own what and how much. In short we do need an organisation-plan to see and understand the full scope of things here.

The wording in todays news, also being general public news, may also be restricted due to company politics reasons.
