Haven't looked at its fundamentals, but I have some of their products and they work fine. The ruling caught my attention because threat of shutting off a product line has depressed the stock. If that's the only reason for a depressed price then this reversal of legal expectation and the short positions should be beneficial.

This is the best time to scoop up DIMD! Shorts are going to run for cover as it heads towards $ 7+. Stock is way undervalued! Look at the volume of treble the average today!
