Hi Joe, I have followed your trading somewhat. I was surprised to see The wine company move up. NRPI, as you know, I waited forever to buy and I should have waited longer. I bought it as shares are low and it seems a filing is near and those houses will get built. But, we shareholders have been disappointed before. I have no regrets if a company tries hard and fails but it is the deception in news releases that disturbs me the most. I could you a list of my losing stocks and they all have a history of deceptive releases. Regarding ADRE, it is a shot in the dark that I seldom take. But Francis seems to have a handle on ADRE. If he is wrong, no bad feelings toward him. I was the one who put the buy order in. Nice overall market today. Hope you make some $$$$. WR Dave
