Blank: Very perceptive..vinh is my long lost twin brother..while I suffer in poverty in this rotten profession with medicare cutbacks and trial lawyers on my case..my bro Vinh has established himself as a master finder of undervalued stocks and is amassing an unbelievable fortune...seriously, in my warped mind..I can think of ABSOLUTELY no reason to sell this puppy now

i think i understand why you said the lockout on IDTC is undoable. only insiders of new IPO are affected by lockout, huh? then i'd think 5% of the NTOP shares should be offered prior to the IPO and the remaining 5% be offered after 1 quarter to those who would have held both IDTC shares and the earned NTOP shares since the first offering.
