No, The offset to equity is cash which will increase the total value of BETT. If BETT would have borrowed money, instead of selling stock, the offset to cash would have been a liability. The investors, who are putting their money into new shares, are holding stock just like you and I. Their investment depends on BETT's welfare just the same as ours.

I mentioned to Tom that I was surprised that we didn't have a shareholders vote at the stockholders meeting even though our vote would not make any difference. I have a feeling that the next stockholders meeting will be a lot different.
