Actually the poor little Q phone's reception suffers because of its internal antenna design. I, for one, like the fact that there is no external antenna to break or otherwise poke into someone's eye. Nevertheless, the phone is less sensitive than my QCP-800 or QCP-820. I don't view this as a design flaw; rather, it is simply a trade-off inherent to the design.
