Jim,
Lots of buyouts going on, with SSI then BRI, BPP and now TRI with rumors about WDN also. Looks to me like they are worth $33-35 minimum. WRI has a book value of $24 and is trading over $40, so I imagine TRI could actually bring in $35-45. It will be interesting to see if management is still behind the deal now that APT has dropped so much and what happens if APT drops below $30. I can't imagine they wanted to net out less than $35.
Richard

Jim,
I am surprised at the constant dribble of news about the APT/TRI merger, like a possible $50 million breakup fee, about the shares to APT's investment advisor, and the .70 dilution in FFO and worst of all, with no collar to the buyout price. These guys have lost a lot of my faith if this is for real.
