Champ, I still believe that it is possible that this was a negotiated sale to allow someone to buy a lot of shares at a lower price. I've seen it happen many times. Of course the stock would have to recover rather quickly to the $14. level. even though I declare myself in the stock for the long term, I sure would like the short term price to be more palatable.
