TWE - I don't understand. If you like TWE long term, but don't like the 60 day hold requirement, for which stocks is a 60 day hold OK? Iy seems if you don't like 60 day holding periods for quality stocks, then you shouldn't like it for any stocks (I guess that goes without saying, I think it's a lame rule since brokerage clients can often flip in hours with zero penalty, at least according to a friend of mine who is a high net worth broker at a major I-bank).
