Oh, yeah - that's a criminal act. <g>

Nevermind that every publicly traded stock in the country has or will adopt similar measures (else they won't be able to retain board members).

Nevermind that the proposal doesn't protect a director who commits an illegal act (under state and/or federal law) or otherwise acts in violation of the articles of incorporation.

A non-issue to be sure, but I have to admit it is rather amusing to see you guys try to key in on something that's rooted in common sense.

Kind of speaks volumes as to where you are coming from, you think?
