When McNealy claimed that Microsoft damaged competition, and prohibit other software companies' products to get into the market, Sunw is deploying Java to every device in the market, the cell phone, the hand held computers ...etc, and 800 big companies is using Java. So, the fact contradicted his claim. What a joke !! This is an example of using political power to get what you can not get in a fair market with fierce competition. So, the fact is , the existence of McNealy damages the function of free competition. He is not satisfy with 50% market share, and he wants 100%, so he went to DOJ for help. The DOJ is actually against free competition and damage innovation , and hurt the consumers.

This is hard facts.
