Glenn, please do not let your staggering losses cloud your judgement when spewing personal attacks. BTW- using excessively large words in your carefully worded statement does _not_ impress me, since that was clearly the point of your efforts. KIS, You are a work of art. Actually, I am up for the year now and still moving up. I am aware large words are difficult for you. I will try and stay with smaller words. Even if my performance was downf or this year, it has nothing to do with your misunderstanding of the FCC. They have a web site. You might want to read who is on the board and notice the chairman chairs the meetings is all. I suspect this thread would prefer you to leave but I should not speak for all the people both long and short. The FCC chairman has power. He indicated he doesn't believe the lower court's ruling was correct. He has the influence to have the matter brought up again in another hearing, which was clearly the thrust of his statements. I know your attention span is limited. Where is that ruling you mentioned? I am still waiting for you to post it. Glenn PS No point in posting back unless you produce a ruling.
