bb, the huge volume and record one-day NASDAQ point gain suggest something other than a counter-trend rally. They suggest instead that AOL, and many other high tech stocks, put in lows last week. Now I expect a period of sideways consolidation. My take is the Fed raises 1/4 point and then reverts to a neutral bias; the markets react constructively and build support at current levels. Then as upside Q2 earnings are reported the markets will begin a move to new highs. Agreed that AOL ran ahead of itself earlier this year, and AOL may not see new highs for 9 to 12 months, but make new highs it will.

If you really believe AOL is headed to $22, then load up on deep out-of-the-money puts, put your feet up and retire a billionaire next year. Good luck to you.
