When the market is riding high, it really doesn't take too much ability to make money. Most investors today have NEVER even seen a BEAR market, that includes most fund managers and many so called market guru's and newsletter writers.. The last bear market ended in 1982. The question is how much longer can it last, and when it does P/E's will really be tested. Don
