Sting-Ray,

I try to stick to statistical data, which is commonly a pattern that repeats about 30 times.

However, I have noticed the similarities with last year. It could be argued that last year the top actually occured in APRIL when the RUT/CYCLICALS/ADVANCE-DELINE started declining. This year, it could also be argued that the decline also started mid APRIL with the sector rotation.

I guess its better said that the TOPPING PROCESS started in APRIL 1998 and again this year. That doesnt mean that certain sectors cannot set new highs, just that it is a process.
