Hi Dipy:

> If the stock slides to 30 or lower, many of you will be quickly back in the red...

hmmmm.... $30 will be the price of LSI after a 3 for one split, and according to my computation, I know, I for one will not be in red. Or perhaps are you talking about some other scenerio?!!

Dipy,

I have one big problem with your rationale.

Many if not most of us don't have the luxury of owning many many more shares of LSI than we would want to own. We learn nothing from your constant reminders that you are going to sell your superfluous shares.

Not trying to be nasty, just don't see why one holder who has an oversupply of shares should be telling us that we will have egg on our faces for not trading our position now.

Regards,

E!
