Yes, interesting update, Michael. And Dennis, do you also remember the original post about the rise in cobalt prices earlier in the year, when a British conglomerate bought up a large portion of the world's known reserves? A Japanese battery manufacturer representative said that they had 'other materials that could be used in place of cobalt that are being considered.' Anyone remember that link? (may have been an FT article, so maybe Dr. Cohen provided it?)

While the cost of materials is perhaps increasing only on the margin for the cobalt-based li-ion and li-poly cell producers, the fact remains that manganese is cheap and plentiful, and Valence won't have that problem.
