Morgan Stanley did indeed reiterate their outperform and increased their short term price target to $28 from about $20. Long term is hiher and the report is very bullish.

nice move, crappy volume..sustainable???

nice move - yes (we agree)

crappy volume - not necessarily. 800k is the low good volume. and idtc has dropped on several sub 600k days, so when volume returns to avg (1 million shares), we should not be surprised by the pop. not many want to sell under 20, and volume dries up.

sustainable - yes, if volume remains above the 800k mark. this is only one day, so clearly it is too early to say. but it did test 20 near end of the day and held (positive). then again once it broke 20, it sat there not testing the next hurdle (negative).

i appreciate your offer on the earnings shortfall.
