Spoke with CFO, Jon Clark, today too....

Main reason for talking to him was to verify which VCO types VARL sold (Investor relations rep didn't know the specific answer). Jon confirmed that virtually all of their current business is in the high end growth areas. They long ago made the decision to stay away from crystal oscillators, no real manufacturing synergy with their current business. Good decision.

Talked about many things.... Jon is a very straight shooter. No hype, no B.S. This is a real company, NOT a pink sheet stock hype job long on potential, short on results, he didn't try to blow any smoke.

Company is executing its plan. It has established itself as a leader in the high end VCO market, will now be attempting to do the same in the high volume markets.

They are currently reviewing the Investor Relations initiative and putting in place plans for "getting the word out" in the future. Now that they have manufacturing and marketing people/processes established in the commercial markets, management can spend more time on marketing the company to investment community.

Still seeing lots of RFQ activity.

Seeing more inquiries from Institutional Investors.

Annual Meeting is this Friday. Board meeting to follow. Wouldn't a stock buy back be nice??????

Talked about a lot more details, but I'm to lazy to type them.
