USWeb founder reveals new venture

Joe Firmage said he is forming a Web development
company to "architect leading enterprises of the
future." In San Francisco, Firmage said he will be
joined in the company, Intend Change, by Toby
Corey, president of the USWeb/CKS (USWB), an
Internet professional services company Firmage
founded several years ago. Firmage said Intend
Change "will partner each year with a small number
of leading Fortune 500 corporations and brilliant
entrepreneurs to create start-ups and spin-outs
designed to become tomorrow's leaders."

This news seems related to the sell off. However I don't see why this is considered bad news. The only thing I can think of is that maybe Toby Corey is selling off his shares. Anyone have any info on this? Or do I need to go do some plumbing work.
