I discovered two more civil lawsuits in RANCHO CUCAMONGA against a Dorian Reed.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA is, of course, where HITT is located.

I don't have any way of knowing for sure that they are the same Dorian Reed, although there probably aren't very many people with that name in RANCHO CUCAMONGA.

I also don't know anything about the outcome of the suits.

In addition to a Mr. Reed, the defendants also include a couple of businesses that I had previously not heard about:

MACRO DEVELOPMENT CORP PROFIT SHARING PLAN
METRO PUBLISHING INC
BETTER HOME FINANCIAL GROUP

I notice that the lawyers don't attempt to deny the damaging facts about Dorian Reed. They just deny that the company had an obligation to inform its shareholders of the facts.

>>>So then why are they suing us and not Bloomberg, eh? <<

I dunno unless they think maybe you have more money and thus they have a better chance of collecting the 2o million dollar damages they have determined that you and John Does 2 thru 100 have done.

Has anyone looked on the internet for other cases that this law firm has handled? The only one that I found in a short search was not one that would give me confidence in them.

Janice, in most lawsuits that I have read reports about it has most always been the lawfirm that is representing the company that releases the information concerning the case and they include a copy of the actual complaint. Why do you think it is different in HITT's case? Would that cost them extra?
