Rory, did you buy any HOFF on that 1 day dip to 7? I'm actually looking to buy some TCMS. I'm liking offshore shallow water construction more and more here. I'm going to try to get TCMS at around 4.25 to 4.5. Looks as though my GLBL will get called away tomorrow if it holds above 12.5. I'll be looking to put that money to work in some more HOFF and pick up 2k of TCMS.

Here's an article that confirms what the Dog was saying about GLBL offering turnkey services.

biz.yahoo.com

I wonder if GLBL is going to stick to their strategy of last year, in waiting till the season is well under way before bidding on projects. If so that leaves a lot of business for HOFF and TCMS. Anyway, HOFF has at least 20 bids out now where they only had 4 at the beginning of the year. This leads me to believe that business is definitely picking up in the GOM.

On a different subject, this article indicates that Canadian E&P's are starting to open their wallets. The key word is "starting". This is not an avalanche by any means but it is a beginning. Go TESOF! <g>
