Of course, you are right...and I never said that.

The way they do it (these other miners) is to start small and get the ball rolling.

Small exploration program -> favorable results -> higher stock price
-> small financing -> more exploration -> more favorable results
-> higher stock price -> bigger financing.. and so on.

That is how they build credibility with the market place and achieve max value for shareholders with minimum dilution.

Now this model doesn't always work. Many fail as they don't succeed in getting favorable results. The market conditions are not always the best to do it this way. Still, it is a model that has been succesful for decades.

Is this model the only one that works ? I am not aware of any other that does for startup companies. Time will tell is MGAU's model is successful.
