I would think it would also relate to the overall market. If you saw the overall market going into a nosedive, you'd dump it for whatever you could get, in a rising market, he can afford to dribble from his mouth.

True, Carl. And the selling may have gone on for quite some time already.
If it is Credit Suisse...and that is not a certainty - First Boston may be selling ( as Mike implied ) a client's position rather than their core position - they would seem to be selling in the manner you mention. That's certainly how I would do it, unless the volume was enormous. I am sure Cards ( MarvinMartian) will keep us posted. Must mention again that Eagle Asset liquidated a large position near the end of last year. Very unfortunate timing on their part .....which also kind of tends to tell us that Bramson is as close with certain information to the large players as he is to the general shareholder.
