Poyner is looking more at the hubcaps when he should be reviewing the engine.

Low priced PCs are principally designed for consumer consumption, a relatively new marketing push for Dell. why he sees corporations (large or small) packing the low cost PCs into their IT model is not currently reasonable. the Dell low priced PCs are designed to open the PC to addtional buyers, not necessarily as replacement purchases. analyst chitter chatter.
