The deal that NTBK made with AFFN is special in that they are allowed to use the ATMs without any charges ... what kind of deal can they make with a college which would give that benefit (at this time)? ... of course they will market to college students just as the credit card companies do, that is just plain advertising ... it's not like NTBK chose army personnel over college students, this is not an exclusive arrangement.

Not to be argumentative, but... Your buddy who makes a whopping $1000 per month... How much does he spend on say.. health care? How about housing? What about utilities on the base? What about food? There are TWO sides to a wealth equation, income and expenses.
